DELIVERY IS LIMITED TO THE LOCAL, CENTRAL PART OF THE SANTA BARBARA AREA. 

PLEASE ASK BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER IF IT'S OUTSIDE OF THAT E|AREA.

DELIVERY FOR OUTSIDE OF CENTRAL GOLETA SUCH AS THE EL CAPITAN AREA, CARPINTERIA, PART OF MONTECITO, NEAR SUMMERLAND AREA,

WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY FOR THOSE AREAS. 

THERE WILL BE AN EXTRA DELIVERY FEE APPLIED FOR SOME AREAS.

(Such as Ritz Carlton, Carpinteria, some Montecito areas, and anywhere far from the central part of Santa Barbara)

• Most orders will deliver the next day, Up to two days.  

 •We do not offer same-day delivery. We could be depending on the day, 

    Same-day delivery is not guaranteed. Please ask before placing an order.
• All cookies are wrapped individually.
• For special orders and Quantities of 2 dozen or more, please place orders days in advance.

• To specify a delivery time, a gift to Santa Barbara address from outside of the area, please add information on

    "note to seller" on PayPal by clicking "add" before checking out completely. Or email us to give us directions.

• If you specified a delivery time, we will try to be the time frame you mentioned.

    But for those big calendar event days such as Mother's day, we can not guarantee it to be delivered at a specific time.

DELIVERY TO UCSB DORM

We have been having difficulty handing the cookies over to students who live in dorms.

Most dorms are not allowed to hold on to any package at the front desk.

As much as we would like to be part of surprise cookie delivery, we need to be able to hand cookies over to the recipients.

We must have a collect address and the recipient's name, and the dorm room number.

Preferably cell number in case we are not able to get to their room.

Please make sure we can reach the students, or the front desk can hold on for them before placing the order.

Or we can mail the cookies.

We will be using USPS priority mail.

It should be delivered in the next day or two.

The additional shipping cost will be applied.

If you choose the shipping method. We will need to email you an invoice email, please don't place an order via our web.

Delivery to private property

If there is a different entrance to the residence for visitors Or specific code requirements,

such as a private gated community, We will need a code for the gate.

Please provide the information.

TO CATE SCHOOL

It is private property. 

We can not enter the school without the school being aware that delivery is coming to a specific person and the gate security has our name on the list. ( Everybody on the property. Either students or staff)

The gate does not hold any package.

We can not reach directly to the dorms.

Please contact the school to make an arrangement for delivery before placing an order.

Shipping cookies

If you would like to ship cookies, please contact us before placing an order from our website.

Our web does not have a shipping option.

We will be using USPS priority mail as the shipping method.

The customer will need to pay the actual shipping fee. We will need to send you an invoice email.
